Wall of Heroes

(Honoring the Brave Banner)

The Wall of Heroes Campaign is a mini-campaign designed to spread awareness and raise funds for Camaraderie Foundation’s Saving Lives – Saving Families Campaign.  The goal of the campaign is to provide counseling support for 1,000 Service Members, Veterans, and family members battling Post Traumatic Stress and other mental health conditions.

Campaign Duration

The Campaign will launch October 15th and will end on Veteran’s Day, November 11th.

How it Works for Businesses,  Schools, or other Organizations

Each will receive an Honor the Brave banner (pictured above) which to hang on their designated Wall of Heroes. For a $1 donation, individuals (i.e. employees, students, customers) can write the name of a Veteran or Service Member they know on the Honoring My Veteran recognition card (pictured below) which is then hung on the wall underneath the banner. All donations will benefit Camaraderie Foundation.

We encourage businesses, schools, and other organizations to create friendly competition amongst each other to see who generates the most participation and raises the most money. They will be encouraged to share their progress as well as honor the Veterans and Service Members in their lives by posting pictures on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) using the hashtags #WallOfHeroes2018 and #SavingLivesSavingFamilies to help spread the word and continue raising awareness about the campaign. If you would like to participate and receive a banner and campaign materials, please email events@camaraderiefoundation.org.

How it Works for Individuals

If you would like to join the campaign as an individual and Honor the Veterans in your life, we have created this virtual wall.  When you donate online you will provide the names of the Veterans you want to Honor.  Your Heroes’ names will appear on the virtual wall within 24 business hours.  You will be able to click on the name to add pictures and comments about the Veterans you honored.
