Biography
Jennifer Arnold has over 24 years of experience in the Simulation and Training industry and has been recognized for her award-winning contributions to Defense, Intelligence, Federal, and Commercial clients. She is a dynamic, results-oriented executive with extensive experience leading modeling, simulation, training (MS&T) and organizational development efforts with deep proficiency in technology based learning and education systems.
Ms. Arnold is a leader in Booz Allen’s Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) focusing on driving Immersive Technologies, Data Science and Machine Intelligence (DS&MI), and Cyber efforts for the Firm. She is passionate about bringing these premiere technologies, capabilities and providers/developers to the simulation and training industry and I/ITSEC to ultimately strengthen services delivered to the Warfighter. She has had significant impact with Medical Simulation including the standup of the track in the conference and leadership of special events for several years. She is now focused on leveraging Data Science/Solutions and Machine Intelligence (DS&MI) to best meet the Warfighter’s training and operational needs. MedSim and DS&MI have expanded the audience for both attendance and engagement at I/ITSEC and will continue to do so with the 2017 Future Force Hackathon.
In addition to making a difference for the Warfighter, she is extremely committed to making a difference within the MS&T community and with Veterans by drawing upon her technical expertise, leadership and community involvement with the USO, Easter Seals, Face of America, and the Camaraderie Foundation. She has been an active member of the I/ITSEC family via her 14+ years of involvement and leadership in I/ITSEC subcommittees, encouragement of corporate involvement, and other NTSA related events such as MODSIM and the Congressional Caucus. Ms. Arnolds’ progressive I/ITSEC involvement and leadership are detailed in the following table, which is a testament to her energy, drive and commitment to the success of the I/ITSEC mission that she continues to demonstrate through her tenure.
