CFO/COO, Unicorp National Developments
Dale Fitch has extensive experience in a wide range of leadership, management and advisory positions. In the role of CFO/COO he provides executives with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, and oversight over accounting, finance, and property management operations. Mr. Fitch offers broad management, internal control and strategic advice to Unicorp’s leadership team.
During Mr. Fitch’s tenure, he has been an integral part Unicorp’s repositioning and growth strategy. This has included overseeing $500MM in property sales and over $700MM in new acquisitions and construction.
Prior to joining Unicorp, Mr. Fitch has held various challenging positions. He spent 13 years as a healthcare financial consultant for regional and national Accounting/Consulting firms. During his consulting tenure, he acted as an independent reviewer for over 150 fraud investigations. After leaving consulting, Mr. Fitch was CFO/Controller for a television production company and Director of Finance for a large commercial real estate developer.
Mr. Fitch serves as a board member for the Hemophilia Foundation of Greater Florida and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida.
Mr. Fitch holds an MBA and BSBA degree from Wilkes University and is a veteran of the US Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
